English day one - ngày đầu tiên


# Bắt đầu học tiếng anh từ đầu.
*Chào bạn, tôi là Trần Lực. Cảm ơn bạn đã ghé thăm trang blog của tôi.*

Tại sao lại nên học tiếng anh? Nó mang lại điều gì?

Đối với cá nhân tôi, thứ nhất, tiếng anh giúp ích cho công việc. Bên cạnh đó, tôi cũng muốn giải trí bằng tiếng anh.
Không chỉ vậy, nếu tôi có tiếng anh tôi có thể chia sẻ lại cho con cháu mình, giúp chúng có thể phát triển hơn.
Hơn tất cả, khi bạn học tiếng anh hoặc bất kể ngôn ngữ gì, hay việc gì vào lúc rảnh rỗi, điều đó chắc chắn khiến não của bạn trở nên minh mẫn hơn rất nhiều.

Cũng giống như bao người, tôi bắt đầu học tiếng anh từ năm lớp 3, đến nay đã hơn chục năm. Tôi còn nhớ năm lớp 5,
tôi và vài bạn nữa được chọn vào đội tuyển học bồi dưỡng tiếng anh mặc dù tôi còn chưa biết gì về tiếng anh :).
Nhưng có lẽ đó là một bước đệm để tôi cảm thấy hứng thú khi học môn học này. Lên lớp 6, tôi cũng may mắn được vào đội tuyển học sinh giỏi. Tôi vui mừng báo tin cho bố mẹ biết. Bố tôi có hỏi tôi rằng "Con cần gì để học thì mua?".
Tại thời điểm đó, tuy đã có internet nhưng điện thoại cảm ứng còn là một thứ xa xỉ, chưa nói đến laptop. Tôi đáp lại
bố tôi rằng "Con muốn một cuốn từ điển ạ". Trên chiếc xe nam chắc chắn, mẹ tôi chở tôi đến một cửa hàng sách mà năm học nào mẹ tôi và tôi đều ghé đến. Sau một hồi lựa chọn, tôi cũng quyết định cuốn từ điển với 340 nghìn từ. Và rồi, ngày nào đi học thêm tôi cũng mang đi theo mình để tra cứu. Năm đó cũng là năm tôi kết thúc kì thi học sinh giỏi của huyện với giải ba. Trong lòng vui sướng biết nhường nào. Sang đến năm học cấp 3, tôi và 4 bạn khác được xếp vào đội tuyển để đi thi học sinh giỏi cấp tỉnh. Không hiểu tại sao, tôi luôn cảm thấy một năng lượng nào đó từ cô giáo dạy tiếng anh của tôi, có vẻ như cô ấy ưu ái tôi hơn các bạn khác. Chính vì thế, lúc ôn thi tôi luôn cố gắng hết sức, tôi không muốn cô giáo buồn. Hai giải khuyến khích năm lớp 10 và 12 là điều tốt nhất tôi có thể làm lúc đó, tôi đã dùng hết khả năng của tôi.

Sau kì thi đại học, lần lượt là những phát vả đến từ việc tôi lần lượt trượt từng nguyện vọng vào ngành ngôn ngữ anh của những trường top: đại học ngoại thương, đại học ngoại ngữ, đại học hà nội. Dẫu vậy, tôi vẫn may mắn đổ nguyện vọng cuối cùng, đó là nguyện vọng mà tôi điền cho đủ ô trống, tôi đã chép vội vàng theo 2 người bạn khác của tôi trước lúc nộp hồ sơ. Phát vả tiếp theo đó chính là việc tôi thi trượt tiếng anh đầu vào của ngành. Điều gì đang xảy ra với tôi vậy? Đây cũng chính là lúc tôi nhận ra rằng cách học của tôi có vấn đề. Phần nghe hiểu luôn làm khó tôi.
sau 4 năm học đại học đến hiện tại, mặc dù kỹ năng nghe của tôi đã được cải thiện khá nhiều, nhưng nó chưa đạt đến một mức mà tôi mong muốn. Tôi vẫn gặp một số vấn đề nhất định trong lúc sử dụng tiếng anh của mình.

Điều đó dẫn đến việc quyết định việc học tiếng anh một cách nghiêm túc hơn của tôi.
Vậy thì bao giờ sẽ kết thúc? 

Sẽ chẳng bao giờ kết thúc được, kiến thức quá rộng lớn và tôi cần động vào nó mỗi ngày để không tuột mất những gì đã học được.

Let's dig deeper to know what Websquare is. Basically, it is a tool that helps software engineer build a website easier. In this article, I'm going to focus on Websquare5.
WebSquare5 consists of the Engine and the WebSquare5 Studio (development tool).
The Engine receives requests from the browser and displays the WebSquare5 XML files on the browser in an HTML-compatible manner. The developer can create web UI on the WebSquare5 Studio.

## Đôi dòng tự sự về nơi làm việc
Ngày đầu tới đây, tôi được anh PM (quản lý dự án) đón vào văn phòng để bắt đầu tham gia vào dự án. Cảm giác của tôi lúc đó cũng khá là hồi hộp, không biết là mình sẽ được làm gì đây. Mặc
dù, trước đó tôi cũng đã từng làm ở môi trường văn phòng rồi. Bước chân vào khoang làm việc, tôi hơi bị bất ngờ bởi cảnh tượng hơn chục anh em làm việc không cần bật đèn,
một không gian tối om. Tôi chào các anh trong khoang làm việc và bắt đầu loay hoay lắp máy tính để chuẩn bị làm việc. Sau một thời gian làm việc, tôi thấy công việc của tôi khá ổn,
dự án tôi khá thích. Những anh em đồng nghiệp trong team đều là những người giỏi hơn tôi. Về môi trường làm việc chung thì sao? Mọi người giao tiếp với nhau rất thoải mái,
đôi khi có cả những tiếng chửi bậy được thốt lên. Đó là thứ mà lần đầu tiên tôi được chứng kiến khi làm việc ở môi trường văn phòng. Ơ, sao ở đây lạ quá. Thời gian này tôi cực kì dị ứng với việc này. Thế mà giờ đây, những lúc công việc gặp một đề gì nhỏ là cái mồm tôi liên tục "DMM" 🤣. Không nói bậy lại thấy thiếu thiếu. Tất nhiên là cũng phải khe khẽ cái mồm khi dự án của tôi chuyển chỗ ngồi sang một tòa nhà mới - nơi mà có nhiều sếp, anh chị lớn tuổi khác. Quên nhắc về vấn đề ánh sáng lúc làm việc. Thề, sau quãng thời gian làm việc ở đây, đôi mắt của tôi đã mờ đi đáng kể (chắc chỉ còn 9/10) nhưng mọi người đã quen với việc tắt đèn rồi. Bây giờ, tự dưng có ai ở đâu ra bật đèn lên thì anh em quáng gà luôn :))). Còn một điều nữa tôi cũng thấy khá hay. Đó là buổi chiều, khi mà một số anh em xong việc rủ nhau đi trà dá, ăn vặt rồi ngồi chém gió về công việc và cuộc sống. Vậy cũng tốt chứ ngồi điều hòa mãi cũng không tốt tí nào. Qua những cuộc nói chuyện như vậy, tôi mới biết là làm cùng mình, anh em giàu ngầm rất nhiều. Có anh thì đi làm chỉ vì đam mê, có anh thì nhà cửa đàng hoàng, xe cộ đủ cả, rồi là bạn này có gia thế khủng, bạn kia có rất nhiều tiền trong tài khoản. Đi làm tưởng sướng mà áp lực vô cùng 😭.

It all began with a thoughtful gesture I made towards a coworker at our workplace.

On an ordinary day, I decided to surprise my coworker by buying her a bowl of soup. It was a small gesture, intended to show my appreciation and bring a moment of joy to her day. Little did I know that this simple act of kindness would take an unforeseen turn.

Despite the unexpected addition to her meal, my coworker opted to remove the fly from the bowl and continue eating. She expressed her reluctance to escalate the situation, perhaps out of a desire to avoid confrontation or inconvenience. Though I respected her decision, I couldn't help but feel a surge of embarrassment.
